How to open divaFAQ

With a page open in the Design or Code View window, either find the diva tab of the InsertBar, and click on the divaFAQ icon:

or use the Insert/divaHTML/divaFAQ menu item:

Create an FAQ page

You can add divaFAQ in just a few steps. The only required steps are to:

  1. Choose the Definition Lists ID(s) which are already displayed for you, and
  2. select the type of FAQ you'd like, and then
  3. click the OK button.

That's it! These are the only required steps. It's just that easy.

When you open divaFAQ's User Interface, you'll see a Help button which will take you to complete instructions for the easy customizing you can do right within the interface! Buyers also receive a pdf file with these instructions. Some screenshots follow.

Upload the Files

When you are ready, remember to upload to your server:

  1. Your FAQ page. Site window
  2. The folder " /diva/" with its contents (which divaFAQ added to your Site for you) except for the divaFAQ_designtime.css file which need not be uploaded, as its styling is only used within the Dreamweaver Design Window. These are static files, so only need to be uploaded once.
