Meet the team
Michael
At the age of 48, Michael left his career as an eye surgeon. The new world of medicine-as-business eventually overwhelmed the satisfaction of helping patients. Having written the software that ran his entire medical office (using Advanced Revelation), he now uses those coding skills online, primarily helping charitable organizations with website design, and now increasingly with scripting and developing Extensions for Dreamweaver. And he'd like to thank his wife, Mary, for putting up with all this and for being the political activist of their family.
Thierry - who is now emeritus
Thierry is a French native who married a San Franciscan some 20 years ago; he now lives in Marin County (California) with his wife and two children. He's passionate about Web Design and it is the challenge of solving problems and dreaming up original ideas that get him out of bed in the morning and keep him working late at night.
Editorial note from Michael: For personal reasons (as they say in politics) Thierry had to bow out of daily involvement in this project. Now he is the site's "whisper partner". He whispers in my ear great ideas for new scripts, and then he whispers course corrections when I go adrift.
